A true Calgarian, Josiah has lived in numerous countries over the course of his life, mainly in Southeast Asia. Having returned to Canada in 2011, Josiah has proven himself to be a dedicated and experienced legal professional. When he joined Guardian in 2022, Josiah took on the role of Office Manager and President of Guardian Public Affairs, where he regularly liaises between clients and members of various levels of government.

Josiah’s areas of expertise include personal injury litigation, where he leverages a deep knowledge of the insurance industry to better represent injured persons. Josiah also works in general litigation, up to and including the Court of Appeal. Josiah also has experience corresponding with municipal and provincial bodies of government.

As he was raised overseas, Josiah brings a unique multicultural view to his work and proudly works with people from all walks of life. In his spare time, you will often find Josiah camping, travelling to obscure places, watching episodes of Better Call Saul, or listening to Johnny Cash.
