Joel is our resident expert in civil litigations before the Alberta Court of Justice and in Landlord/Tenant matters before the Residential Tenancies Dispute Resolution Service. Joel brings to Guardian Law an extensive backgroound in providing competent representation for clients with civil claims up to $100,000.00. Complimenting his experience is a history of mediating disputes keeping them out of the courtroom. He holds post-graduate credentials in project management from the University of Calgary where he specialized in Regulatory Affairs and Alternative Dispute Resolution. In his spare time he is an avid film goer and spent several years as Advisory Chair at the SAIT film school. He started his working life in news.
Note that Joel is not a member of the Law Society but he works closely with our team of lawyers. He provides a budget conscious alternative for courtroom representation.
